Until midway through this winter I was never quite sure that Hitch was going to make it to the same level that his siblings, in both litters, had attained - although he seemed to like to run the same level of drive didn't seem to be there. Then on one run, sometime in January, I watched him and thought he might be 'getting it' after all. The next day I thought we would try him in lead just to see what happened and he was a real revelation - a totally different dog - and fast!! We can't wait to see what this winter will bring.
